The New Standards of Professional Practice
Required under Section 41 of Republic Act No. 9266 (The Architecture Act of 2004) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the Standards of Professional Practice aims to assist UAP members in meeting the goal of being "dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and competence". This document provides members with guidelines and rules for fulfilling their obligations to the public, clients and users of architecture, the profession and their professional colleagues, and the building industry.
