Role of the Executive Committee
Subject at all times to the direction and control of the National Board of Directors, the Executive Committee shall have and may exercise the power to meet and decide on all matters relating to the management of the affairs and business of UAP of utmost importance and urgency when the whole National Board of Directors is not in a position to meet, except on matters specifically restricted under the Corporation Code of the Philippines.
The presence of the majority including the President shall constitute a quorum in all meetings of the Executive Committee. However, any and all actions of the Executive Committee shall be decided by a majority vote of all its members and that the same shall be reported for ratification by the National Board of Directors during the latter’s next meeting.
