The Office of the UAP National President recently issued Memorandum Circular No. 22, s. 2011 concerning the celebration of the 2011 National Architecture Week on December 4-7, 2011 with the theme "Architecture and the Allied Arts"
The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) through the Commission on Governmental and External Affairs and 2011 NAW Committee and in coordination with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) will spearhead the 40th National Architecture Week Celebration with the theme “Architecture and the Allied Arts” on December 4-7, 2011. This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 934 issued by then President Ferdinand E. Marcos dated November 18, 1971.
This year’s observance aims to help the architect be more aware and conscientious of the potentials of a multi-disciplinary collaboration to the profession, and be more understanding of the issues and demands surrounding the professional practice.
In view of this celebration, the CGEA through the NAW 2011 Committee is furnishing you the following:
