The UAP through its National Board of Directors recently confirmed the nine successful nominees for elevation as Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines. The nine New Fellows will be honored at an investiture ceremony at the 38th UAP National Convention on April 2012.

The elevation to fellowship is conferred on all Regular Members who have rendered notable and outstanding contributions to the Architecture profession, community and society as well as exceptional service to UAP.
To qualify for elevation to “Fellow”, a Corporate Member must meet the following qualifications: (1) UAP Membership in good standing continuously for at least ten (10) years immediately previous to the time of nomination; (2) Notable contributions to the advancement of the profession of architecture in any of the fields: design, education, literature, public service, and exceptional service to UAP.; and (3) Submission of proper documents evidencing such achievements, services, and contributions to the advancement of the profession for evaluation of the Jury of Fellows;
This year's members of the Jury of Fellows of the UAP-COF are: Arch. Maria Cristina V. Turalba, fuap (Chair); Arch. Edilberto F. Florentino, fuap, likha (Member); Arch. Richeto C. Alcordo, fuap (Member); Arch. Yolanda David-Reyes, fuap (Member) and Arch. Edric Marco C. Florentino, fuap (Member).
