Global Conceptual Design Competition for the New Building of the Senate of the Philippines

To realize a decade-old plan to construct a new permanent home, the Senate of the Philippines entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) for the acquisition of an18,320-sq.m. parcel of land owned by the BCDA at the Navy Village in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
To kickstart the construction phase, the BCDA holds a Conceptual Design Competition for the new building and opens the submission of entries for interested proponents.
Participants may be local, foreign or a combination of both, subject to the conditions for eligibility as stated under the Expression of Interest Form. Please refer to the Mechanics for more information.
