UAP, partners turn over new school building in Tacloban

More than hundreds of students of San Fernando Central School in Tacloban City, Leyte can look forward to learning in a bright new environment, with the turnover of a new school building initiated by the United Architects of the Philippines, in collaboration with other individual and institutional stakeholders, last August 5, 2017.

The newly-constructed and fully-furnished 2-classroom building named “UAP Information Technology Building” was a joint undertaking among partners Architects Regional Council Asia, National Housing Authority, UAP Bayanihang Arkitektura, UAP Emergency Architects, UAP Regional District C3, SRC International Panel Systems Inc., OFIC Philippines, Inc., Davies Paints Philippines,  and Hocheng Philippines Corporation.

The inauguration and ceremonial turnover of the school building was graced by Arch. Guillermo H. Hisancha, UAP National President; Arch. Benjamin K. Panganiban, Jr, UAP National Executive Vice President; Arch. Renato A. Heray, UAP Secretary General; Immediate Past Area C Vice President, Arch. Kendel Esperas; Dr. Thelma Cabadsan-Quitalig, Schools Division Superintendent; Mrs. Monina E. Gabrino, District Supervisor; Mr. Wilfredo A. Arante, School Principal; Hon. Noel A. Martinez, Hon. Cyril Malinao and Hon. Eric Butalid, Chairpersons of Barangay 52, 54 and 53, respectively; Mr. Hector Go, Project Coordinator;  several officers and members of UAP Regional District C-3; and the whole school community.

San Fernando Central Elementary School is a public elementary school located at Cor. Real and Lukban Street, Barangay 54, Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines.
